This Sustainable City Code site was developed for the Drake University Law School. The Law School collaborates with researches from several organizations around the world to help develop recommendations for municipalities and city governments to implement and make their cities more sustainable.
The site was really a study in information architecture. Being that I was working with legal code, there was a lot of information that needed to be organized and laid out in a way that would make sense to the audience as well as keep them engaged with the information.
I created a creative brief to determine the proper audience, tone, and brand characteristic for the site. Then a style guide was developed to form the look and feel of the site. Once mockups were created, I developed the site using the Wordpress Divi theme.
